Lombardi Associates successfully represented Italian club Genoa CFC in a CAS appeal against a FIFA decision on the grounds of a sell-on fee claimed by Czech club AC Sparta Praha pursuant to a “sharing agreement” concluded between Genoa and Inter Milan in the scope of the transfer of the player Juraj Kucka.
