The team at Lombardi Associates succeeded in a recent appeal filed with CAS against their client, Italian club US Sassuolo Calcio.
The appeal concerned a claim for training compensation under the FIFA regulations following the first registration of a player as a professional, and allegations that a “bridge transfer” occurred in the scope of this registration.
