On 24 November 2017 FIFA issued the circular letter no. 1603, by means of which it introduced amendments to the Rules Governing the Procedures of the Players’ Status Committee and the Dispute Resolution Chamber and to the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players.
The major change is that FIFA no longer supports fax as a means of communication: as from 1 January 2018 communication shall be sent by e-mail addressed to [email protected].
