CAS rules on interpretation of arbitration clause in ordinary proceedings

Lombardi Associates successfully represented a client in front of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in a dispute  related to commission arising from a mandate.

The decision, which is confidential, revolves around the minimum requirements for a dispute resolution clause  to be considered as a valid arbitration clause under Swiss law.
